Even supermodels stay super active during their pregnancies
Gisele Pregnant
Now, I'm not much of a supermodel fan, but I was intrigued by this story of Gisele Bundchen on her pregnancy.
She says in the following short interview that:
"I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week. I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds."

In my opinion, her words are right on spot with what happens to some women when they get pregnant... but not all.
Some women feel pregnancy is a free-for-all to be super lazy and eat badly.
But, then, there are others that actually get pregnant and become healthier.
As you know, I'm now a week away from my due date and I'm still teaching and participating in my boot camp classes, still lifting, and will continue to do so until this baby comes. I've never felt better and my weight gain has only been about 15lbs (I'm 20 lbs over my ideal weight though, but have a feeling I'll get there quickly after baby is born).
Keep healthy for both you and baby - it's so much better that way.

One more week! How exciting!
The countdown begins!
When you're finished patting yourself on the back, you might want to look into why some women experience depression and anxiety during their pregnancies, and getting to the gym and eating healthy isn't exactly on their radar.
