Given your extensive knowledge on nutrition, I was hoping to direct you toward 2 blog posts I came across in my reading and ask for your quick take vis-a-vis your article, specifically because you highlight that saturated fat is not they bogeyman it often gets portrayed as in the media.

When you made that comment it sounded like you were going to recommend carrot juice and low fat.
