I'm pleased to welcome you to my new website!
This project has been one I've been pursuing for the past few months and, with the help of my awesome web designer, Jason Lengstorf, it's finally live!

Cassandra, I was on the grocery trip Sunday with Tyler, but could not go to the gym after. I would like to join your blog, have a few questions, such as: I get up at 4:30 am to go to gym (45 Min on stairmill, 5+ miles) then workout with Tyler. what food should I be eating before going? And my "organic peanut butter indeed has 'organic sugar' " in it. So disappointed, threw away alot of foods yesterday. I thought I had heard most of the info, but I truly learned a wealth of new information. Thank you

Prior to your workout with Tyler, you should have a little bit of something to keep your energy up for class. When I'm working out early in the morning and my stomach has not quite turned "on" yet, I have a quick shake with just whey protein mixed with water and a bit of cereal (like cheerios, about 2 Tbsp). Or sometimes, just the whey and water. Then, I ensure I eat RIGHT after otherwise I'm starving for the entire day. Do you think this might work for you?
I'm glad you discovered the hidden sugar. Crazy how food companies try to hide things like that.
